After the fun and games that we mentioned in last Friday's Copa Sudamericana round up during the game between Blooming and River Plate Montevideo the Bolivian club have been handed a 3-0 defeat and fined US$10k by The South American Football Confederation (CSF).
The second leg takes place in Montevideo on August 27th.
