    Arsenal midfielder makes scientific breakthrough

"Give an infinite number of monkeys an infinite number of typewriters, and eventually one will produce the works of Shakespeare."

For years, nothing more than an unsupported theory and subject to debate amongst experts in the laws of probability..

Last night saw a major breakthrough in this area however, when Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey blindly swung a leg at a bouncing ball from 30 yards out and found the top corner of the Galatasaray goal.

Scientists on both sides of the argument are now prepared to accept that if they do try something often enough, even a trained monkey will eventually get it right.

Euroballs asked Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger for comment, but he declined saying that he "didn't see" the goal in question as he was too busy flicking the Vs at a section of the Arsenal support.
