Saturday:
Bordeaux v Le Mans
Caen v Sochaux
St Etienne v Toulouse
Grenoble v Nancy
Monaco v Valenciennes
Lorient v Le Havre
PSG v Auxerre
Nantes v Rennes
Lille v Nice
Marseille v Lyon
Outgoing champions Lyon can put a real spanner in the works for league leaders Marseille in this week's undoubted game of the week. Marseille will make Lyon's title relinquishment offical with a point, though they remain in the frame for Champions League football next season. PSG are their big rivals for that third place and they welcome Ireneusz Jelen FC (the club formerly known as Auxerre) at the Parc des Princes this week. Ludovic Giuly is back for the Parisians, which always helps matters, for what promises to be an entertaining clash. Bordeaux trail Marseille by just two goals in second and have what ought to be a straightforward game at home to Le Mans.
Caen and Sochaux face off in the big game at the wrong end of the table while the final nail will be hammered into Le Havre's coffin should they do anything other than win at Lorient. Even that might not be enough should Nantes get anything from their home game against Rennes. Ideally, Nantes need all three as they remain firmly in the mire as do St Etienne, despite pulling out of the bottom three last week. This week they welcome Toulouse to Geoffrey-Guichard. Valenciennes have been dragged back into it, but a point at Monaco would be enough to see them safe should Caen lose.
And there's one game with next to bugger all riding on it - Nancy's trip to Grenoble. Both sides are safe and not getting anywhere near a sniff of Europe. Very much an end-of-term game.
